4818 Baltimore Avenue
The scope of work involves renovation of an abandoned commercial property to new office space and a third floor residential apartment unit. This building is located on the Baltimore Avenue Corridor and within the West Philadelphia Streetcar Suburb Historic District.
The first two floors will be developed for commercial use with an open floor plan for individual work spaces, a conference room, restrooms, and a small kitchenette area. The third floor will be a two bedroom apartment.
Renovation of the 3,500 SF space will be completed by the end of 2017.
